Ashley is the founder and chief multiplier at Rooted.
Ashley believes that her purpose is to help others on their journey to becoming the best they can be. She has a natural ability to identify strengths in others, challenge beliefs and thinking, and encourage continuous growth.
Ashley holds a Master of Education in Adult Learning, is an ICF Certified Coach, and has experience across several disciplines and industries. Her nearly 20 years in people development includes training, coaching, leadership, project and change management, and more.
Ashley has spent 10 years in the Oil and Gas and Technology industries allowing her to connect with leaders throughout organizations from those in steel-toed boots to those in the office. Her results speak for themselves with improved teamwork through group coaching, organizations have seen an increase in production, double-digit increase in employee satisfaction, decreased safety incidents, and more.
Although Ashley has extensive experience in leadership, she serves her clients as a collaborative partner - working alongside them to help them achieve greater levels of influence, impact, and development into the leader they were meant to be.
Most importantly, Ashley is a wife and mother of two children, located in the Oklahoma City, OK area. When she isn’t serving her clients, she can be found in the garden, by the pool, or on a hike with her family.
